Do you see it?

Had two different shipping from overseas experiences, which are... umm.. WAY too different -__-

One is DHL, an international well-known shipping service:

...and the other is a local one, EMS (Pos Indonesia):

See the EMS status above, how come the shipment from Jakarta to Surabaya takes more time comparing SG to Jakarta? And as today, my good has not arrived yet. Do you see it? It's kinda frustrating O_o
